At TOSERA, every order is carefully prepared, packaged with attention to detail, and shipped with care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.

By placing an order with TOSERA, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  1. Order Placement

Our online store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to place orders at your convenience.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Because each order is carefully prepared and packaged, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volumes.

Our goal is to prepare and dispatch every order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality and presentation of every TOSERA product.

  1. Shipping

Once your order has been prepared, TOSERA will arrange shipment using one of our trusted courier partners.

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected during checkout.

Although we work closely with our courier partners, delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

  1. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate before completing your order.

TOSERA cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Customers can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery of their parcel.

If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will gladly assist in liaising with the courier where appropriate.

  1. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents before accepting delivery where possible.

If your products are damaged during transit, please notify TOSERA within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@tosera.co.za.

To assist us in resolving your claim promptly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of:
The damaged product
The packaging
The shipping label (if applicable)

Each claim will be assessed individually.

  1. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

the customer is unavailable,
an incorrect delivery address was provided,
or the courier is unable to gain access,

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to their depot in accordance with their procedures.

Additional courier charges resulting from re-delivery may be payable by the customer.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel size and selected shipping option.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

  1. Delivery Area

TOSERA currently delivers within South Africa.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

  1. Returns

Information regarding returns, exchanges and refunds can be found in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review that policy before requesting a return.
