By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this website.

  1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  1. Products

Every TOSERA candle is handcrafted.

As a result, slight variations in:

Colour
Wax appearance
Fragrance intensity
Label placement
Surface finish may naturally occur.

These variations are not manufacturing defects and form part of the unique handcrafted nature of our products.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

  1. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT only where applicable.

TOSERA reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayFast.

Accepted payment methods may include those supported by PayFast, such as:

Visa
Mastercard
Google Pay
Instant EFT
SnapScan
Scan to Pay
Other supported payment methods

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

  1. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.

TOSERA reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Products become unavailable.
Pricing errors occur.
Incorrect information has been supplied.

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed.

  1. Order Processing

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our online store.

Orders are prepared and made available for collection from Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on order volumes and product availability.

  1. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused.
Candles must not have been lit or burned.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
Proof of purchase must accompany all return requests.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation in respect of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

10. Candle Safety

Candles should always be used responsibly.

Customers are encouraged to read and follow the Candle Care instructions provided with every purchase.

TOSERA shall not be liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, negligence or failure to follow the recommended candle safety guidelines.
